Our detailed content will give any prospective tenant all the information they need to view or apply directly with us, no matter which site they may see your rental property on. Every one of our rental properties will have professional quality photos for advertising. We ensure these photos are high quality and optimized for web presence so that any prospective tenant can view them easily on any device. We also include video walk through tours with our Gold Plan. This will allow the tenant to get an idea of the floor plan of the home and how it flows. We want the potential tenant to know everything about a property before they ever physically see it.
Personal Showings:
Our showing process is very different than most other property management companies in Rocky Mount. Our licensed property managers personally show all vacancies to prospective tenants. All a prospective tenant must do is fill out the showing request form on our Schedule a Showing page to request a showing. We then review the information they provide and arrange a day and time to meet them at the property. We do not lend out keys or issue lockbox codes for prospective tenants to view your vacant home unsupervised.
