Happy Thanksgiving!

With the holidays coming up, we wanted to take a chance to say ‘Thank you.’ 

Thank you to all our brokerage clients. It means the world to us that you trust us to let you handle the largest financial transaction of your life. We love being able to help our friends and family members move into a new home. Sometimes we are able to make new friends for life during the sale process. The transactions aren’t always easy. Some transactions are stressful and come right down to the wire if they will actually close or not. Sometimes, transactions fall apart at the last minute. It is heartbreaking to see a client lose a dream home. But we are thankful that we can be there to try to provide comfort and to be ready to serve our clients when time is right to try again. Good, bad, and everything in between, we are thankful that we get to be a part of the process. 

Thank you to all our landlord clients. It is a real privilege for us to be able to handle the day to day operations of your rental home. For some of you, it is an inherited home that you are holding on to for income. For others, it is your retirement plan. It doesn’t matter to us what your reason for investing. We promise to always look after your rental property like it was one of our own homes. We try our best to keep your property maintained and rented. For all our landlord clients that trust us and our property management process, we are thankful. 

Thank you to all our vendors. There is no way we could do our job without you. We rely on you all so much, and we often take it for granted. We absolutely rely on all of you to be able to service our clients. When we are prepping a house to list for sale and there are a few items that need to be addressed, it is very reassuring to know that we can call on our list of vendors to put the finishing touches on the client’s home and get it listed. Our property management side of the business would absolutely fall apart without our list of vendors. When a tenant calls with a stopped–up drain or a faulty light switch, we know that those calls are almost always taken care of on the same day. We always tell our tenants that we have full trust in our vendors. We will never send anyone into their home that we would not trust to go into our personal home. 

As a new business, we have a ton that we are thankful for. There are so many moving parts that have converged to make Keystone Realty come into existence. There are countless people we could name individually that have helped make this dream a reality just three months ago. We are extremely thankful for everyone that has helped contribute to our success so far.  

We hope you all get to enjoy some quality time with friends and family over the Thanksgiving holiday. We are excited to close out 2019 strong and see what 2020 will have in store for us here at Keystone Realty.
