Received  my owners payment electronically every month. Seamless hands off process the whole time they managed it. Even though I consider myself to be a bit high maintenance at times, he always responded swiftly and explained all the little details very well. He went above and beyond our expectations with buying our home. He understood what we were looking at in a home, within our time frame, and within our budget.
