Keystone Realty is a full-service real estate brokerage and property management company based on North Englewood Drive in Rocky Mount. We list and sell homes, represent buyers, and manage rental property across Nash and Edgecombe counties, with a team that has 20+ years of experience behind it.
Running both sides is unusual here, and it’s deliberate. An owner weighing whether to rent or sell gets one conversation instead of two, from a firm that doesn’t have a stake in the answer. A landlord who eventually wants to sell doesn’t have to start over with a stranger.

Zach Bass
Broker / Owner
Zach Bass is a native of Rocky Mount, NC. He attended East Carolina University (GO PIRATES!) for his BSBA with concentrations in financial services and risk management and continued his studies at ECU with an MBA, concentrating in Finance. As a legacy family of real estate brokers, Zach grew up learning about the industry. From an early age, he was tagging along to showings with his grandmother who was a broker for over 60 years and also helping with the family's rental business. It didn't take long for Zach to fall in love with the industry. In his spare time, Zach enjoys woodworking, running, and spending time with his wife, Cameron, daughter Delaney, and their cat and dog.
Phil Reid
Broker / Owner
Born and raised in Southern Florida. After completing his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Central Florida, Phil moved to North Carolina and started his career at Cummins' Rocky Mount Engine Plant. Since moving, Phil has fallen in love with Eastern North Carolina due to its southern charm, mild winters, and its proximity to both the mountains and beaches. In 2016, Phil decided to follow his lifelong passion for real estate and obtained his broker's license. Phil's hobbies include exploring the great outdoors, wildlife and landscape photography, and home improvement projects.
Candice Belk
Broker
Candice Belk has lived in Rocky Mount for over 30 years. While not born here, she considers this town her home. She has been married to her husband, Conly, for 15 years and they stay actively involved in the community as they are raising their two children. Candice graduated from Appalachian State University with a Bachelor's in Elementary Education, and then continued her education at East Carolina University to earn her Master's in Library Science. Throughout her years working in the education field, Candice kept a continued interest in the real estate market and eventually decided to pursue this interest by obtaining her real estate license. She has enjoyed the transition to the real estate field and has been able to use her many contacts from church, school, and her kids' activities to help her clients with their buying and selling needs. In her spare time, Candice enjoys shopping, decorating, reading, and attending her kids' sporting events.
Steve & Wendy Ricks

Steve and Wendy Ricks were both born and raised in Nash County. They were high school sweethearts at Northern Nash High School. The Ricks have two grown children, Jessica and Justin. Wendy attended Nash Community College where she obtained a degree in Business Administration and Accounting. Steve has worked at Industrial Construction where he held several positions, most recently VP of Operations. They both had a passion for real estate, and after both having corporate careers for over 15 years, they decided to take the leap and obtain their real estate brokers licenses. When they aren't assisting their clients they enjoy spending time with their children, rehabbing homes, traveling and going to the gym.
Abby Wilkerson
Broker
Abby was born and raised in Rocky Mount. She attended East Carolina University for both her undergraduate and graduate degrees and she holds an MS in Exercise Science. After living on the coast of NC as well as in the NC mountains, Abby moved back to Rocky Mount with her husband after the birth of their first child. At that point, Abby decided to make a career change to pursue real estate. In her spare time, Abby enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids, enjoying the outdoors, and being physically active.

It took some considerable effort touring houses, making offers and losing out on several promising opportunities along the way. Yet despite the competitive market, these guys managed to stay upbeat, objective focused, and kept trying.
