Web syndication
Your property is pushed out to hundreds of national rental sites the moment it is advertised — the Zillow network, Realtor.com, Homes.com, HotPads and more. Every listing carries enough detail for a prospective tenant to view or apply directly with us, whichever site they found it on. We also put every rental in the local MLS so other brokers can see it.
Professional photos and video
Every rental gets professional photography, optimized so it looks right on a phone. The Gold plan adds a video walkthrough, which shows the floor plan and how the home actually flows. The aim is that a tenant knows the property before they ever stand in it.
Personal showings
Our licensed property managers show every vacancy themselves. A prospective tenant sends a showing request, we review what they have given us, and we arrange a time to meet them at the property. We do not lend keys and we do not issue lockbox codes for people to walk through your vacant home unsupervised.
Social media
Every rental is advertised on Facebook with the same photos and video, and the walkthroughs go on our YouTube channel.
