Our leasing fee guarantee

If we place a tenant who does not stay for the full one-year lease they signed, we do not charge you the next leasing fee.

We are confident in the marketing, the screening and the experience behind them. This is how we put that on the line rather than just asserting it.

Two conditions

Both have to hold for the guarantee to apply. Neither is fine print — they are the two things that decide whether a tenancy lasts.

The property has to be move-in ready
Our property standards are the baseline — clean, working detectors, Kwikset SmartKey locks on exterior doors.

We set the rent
The rental rate has to be set by a Keystone property manager. We know what different neighborhoods will bear, and we would rather tell you the real number than the one you want to hear. We cannot promise more rent than the market will pay — but priced right, we can deliver a quality tenant and keep the property cash flowing.
